Refunds & Returns

Living Room offers a 30 day returns policy for online purchases. If for any reason you are unhappy with your online order you may return it for a refund. 

You will be responsible for the cost of return post and appropriate packaging. Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. We can only provide refunds on products if they are returned in the same condition, with labels attached and in the original packaging as when it was sent to you.

Shipping

Delivery for all items up to 2kg is a flat rate of $12 New Zealand wide. For larger items including chairs and sofas, talk to us about freight options. Collection from our Wellington showroom is always free.

Parcels are usually delivered within 3-5 working days of leaving us. Rural deliveries can take a few days longer than this. We are mindful that due to Covid-19 postage times can be a little longer than usual.

Can I click and collect?

Yes! This option is available for customers who can pick up from our showroom at 65 Kaiwharawhara Road, Wellington. We’d love to see you.

We are open during the week from 7.30am to 5,00pm, and Saturday mornings from 9am to midday. We are closed on long weekends and public holidays. Pick-ups can be made at any time within our store hours. We will call or email when your order is ready for collection. 

What if my item is lost or damaged?

We carefully check, wrap and package your order. Please contact us immediately if items don’t arrive or arrive damaged as claims must be made within 7 days. Please know that we will put right any issues immediately.

Please also note that the risk of loss or damage to parcels shifts to the purchaser once the package is accepted and signed for. Please always check your package for damages before signing as our courier company will not accept liability for damages after it has been signed for or after 7 days of delivery.
